Our commitment

We want everyone in our community — including older members, people using screen readers, and people browsing on small screens or slow connections — to be able to use this site comfortably. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we have done

• Text and background colours are checked for strong contrast.
• The whole site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
• Text scales fluidly and the layout works at 200% zoom and on small phones.
• Animations are minimal and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• Pages are fast and lightweight — no heavy scripts, video backgrounds or pop-ups.
