No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. That is a deliberate policy. Links to external services (such as opening our venue in Google Maps) are plain links — those services apply their own privacy terms once you leave this site.

What we collect

If you contact us through the website form (once active), we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, delivered to our community mailbox so we can reply. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it.

Our hosting provider records basic, short-lived technical logs (such as anonymised request counts) needed to run the site securely. We may use privacy-preserving, cookieless visitor statistics; these do not identify you.

Donations

Bank transfers are handled entirely by your bank; we see only what appears on our bank statement. If online card giving is added, the payment provider will process your details under its own privacy policy — we will name the provider here before that happens.

Your rights & questions

Under UK data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For any privacy question — or to ask us to remove a photograph or other content — please contact us.
